Powering Supply Chains in China
WWF invites you to participate in a collaborative webinar series to enable greater sourcing of renewable energy by corporate buyers in China. By engaging supply chains to increase renewable energy procurement, companies can address their scope 3 emissions, support the climate mitigation efforts of their suppliers, and drive emission reductions at scale. The webinar series will educate participants about the state of the renewables market in China, and provide tools and resources to understand your supply chain’s energy needs and develop your engagement strategy.

The first webinar, co-developed with the RE100 initiative, will focus on strategies to get started on supply chain engagement on renewable energy. Sam Kimmins, Head of RE100, The Climate Group, will introduce strategies for supply chain engagement, including making the business case for renewable energy, and incentive and support options for suppliers.  Andreas Ahrens, Head of Climate for IKEA, and Robert Williams, General Manager, Procurement from BT will share their experiences in the initial stages of renewables-focused supply chain engagement.

Register now for the first webinar on January 30th at 12pm EST.
